Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours.
• Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily revenue and transactions.
• Reconcile daily front desk transactions and cashier reports.
• Prepare daily reports for management and related departments.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight shift.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities where appropriate.
