Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Norfolk Sheraton is seeking a Night Auditor to cover the 11 PM–7 AM shift. You will be the go-to team member for guest needs, balance the books, post revenues, and reconcile ledgers while ensuring privacy and security of nightly close.

You should have at least 6 months front desk experience, basic accounting skills, a high school diploma, and comfort with Excel and property systems. This role requires reliability for overnight work and the ability to handle guest requests

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally in quiet hours.
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries.
• Keep things secure and confidential—close the day’s business faithfully.
