Job summary

Holiday Inn DC Central is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift in Washington, DC. This full-time role includes front desk duties, guest check-in/out, and handling inquiries and reservations, with an emphasis on service quality and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and experience with Opera and IHG processes; the position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Opera and IHG processes and standards preferred.
• Being passionate about people and service.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Record guest preferences in the system.
• Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
• Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
• Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines.
