Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Night Auditor for The Quincy Hotel in Washington DC to cover the overnight shift. The role involves front desk duties, guest services, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

The Night Auditor will check guests in and out, handle phone calls, record guest preferences, and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys and provide information on hotel services.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Record guest preferences and process charges accurately.
• Handle cash and credit transactions per procedures.
• Book reservations for individuals or groups when requested.
