Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations and resolution.
• Minimum one year in a similar Four/Five Diamond hotel role.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

• Basic math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest complaints according to procedures, notifying supervisor/manager when necessary.
• Provide accurate directions to guests and visitors.
• Ensure security of guest room access.
• Handle cash according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Office areas.
• Process invoices and prepare checkout bills.
• Posts room charges and taxes nightly.
• Prepare daily reports and summary cash balances.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Accept and record wake-up call requests.
• Ensure end-of-day activities are completed by staff.
• Display standards of excellence and professionalism.
• Work under pressure and follow directions.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, arrivals/departures, hotel features and hours.
• Promote accident prevention and protect confidential information.
• Comply with safety standards and assist guests with transportation as needed.
