Responsibilities

• Perform night audit duties, balance daily transactions, and prepare reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and address inquiries.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, manage reservations and room assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and report discrepancies.
• Ensure security and safety of guests and property during overnight hours.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support front desk operations.
