Element San Antonio Riverwalk is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role includes registering guests, handling reservations, and preparing daily financial reports.

The candidate will balance transactions, perform nightly audits, and conduct security walks. Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent work skills are essential to ensure smooth hotel operations during the night shift.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles helpful.
• Must handle guest issues and emergencies effectively.
• Proficient in Windows OS and basic office software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register guests and handle reservations.
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions.
• Perform End of Day procedures and audit reports.
• Maintain front desk operations during overnight shift (11pm–7am).
• Ensure security checks and floor/area patrols are completed.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain reports and log books per SOPs.
• Train new Night Auditors as needed.
