Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Night Auditor for the Holiday Inn Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX. You will balance and audit nightly revenues, assist with guest services, and coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus some customer service experience.
• Some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately balances all hotel income and expenses for a 24-hour period.
• Balance and audit room, food & beverage, and telephone revenue; assist in reports.
• Balance and audit room charges, cashier reports, and guest/house accounts.
• Communicate with other hotel departments to resolve discrepancies.
