Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service preferred.
• Front desk or PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and room assignment.
• Provide information on amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
• Process payments and reconcile guest accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy benefits and policies.
• Work across shifts, including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
