Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• One year accounting experience.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient front desk service during check-in and check-out.
• Verify and swipe credit cards for authorization using electronic methods.
• Handle cash, balance an assigned house bank, and post charges to guest rooms or house accounts.
• Retrieve messages, mail, and facsimiles for guests as requested.
• Research and perform revenue audit function and input audit data into the general ledger.
• File paid invoices in night audit packs and respond to charge inquiries promptly.
• Notify guests of incoming faxes and file registration cards in suite-number order.
