Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking an Overnight Auditor to deliver exceptional guest service during the night shift and to perform the hotel's nightly audit and accounting procedures.

You will serve as overnight point of contact for guests, balance daily revenue, handle reservations, payments, and guest requests, and help prepare reports for the next business day. This full-time role requires accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work independently through the night.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service throughout the night.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests.
• Perform the daily/nightly audit and reconcile hotel financial transactions.
• Review and balance daily revenue, occupancy, room charges, and payment activity.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
• Monitor the hotel during overnight hours and communicate any safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required front-office paperwork.
• Follow Marriott and hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Assist with light front-office duties and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
