Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk duties from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role includes registering guests, handling reservations, preparing daily reports, and balancing all transactions to close the day accurately.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field, a high school diploma, and strong accounting and computer skills. You must work independently and maintain composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, make reservations, prepare daily reports, and balance transactions.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Avion Hospitality standards.
• Keep front desk operations professional, friendly and efficient during the overnight shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.).
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and ensure accurate end-of-day close.
