Embassy Suites Atlanta Kennesaw is seeking a Night Auditor to execute nightly audit duties while delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk. You will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries to ensure overnight service excellence.

Responsibilities include counting cash, maintaining the cash drawer, greeting guests, registering rooms, and preparing express checkouts while coordinating with Front Office leadership and other desk staff

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations or guest services.
• Ability to handle cash drawer with accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit functions and ensure accurate records.
• Greet and check in/out guests, process reservations, handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain room status inventory and communicate shift information to staff.
