Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or Business preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service required.
• Travel: No regular travel required; may assist at nearby properties based on business needs.
• Physical: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and operate a computer during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift; check in late-arriving guests and assist with early departures.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Balance guest accounts; reconcile transactions; generate daily reports.
• Systems & Data Management: Maintain PMS records; ensure accurate data entry; report discrepancies.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: Monitor hotel safety; follow emergency procedures; ensure policy compliance.
• Team Coordination & Operational Support: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance; prepare for the next day.
