Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service during the late shift at our Pittsburgh property. You’ll manage front desk operations, balance nightly transactions, and support overnight safety and guest requests.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering professional and courteous service to all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
