Job summary

Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight Front Desk operations and complete the hotel’s daily financial and operational audit. You will act as the primary overnight guest service representative, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while maintaining accuracy in End of Day processes.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Front Desk/Night Audit or guest service experience preferred.
• Experience with a hotel Property Management System preferred.
• Marriott or Courtyard experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic accounting, reconciliation, and cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations during the overnight shift and complete the hotel’s End of Day processes.
• Register and check in/out arriving guests and complete reservations and related transactions.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare audit reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest, associate, and company information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
