Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team. The role involves auditing the daily guest ledger, posting room rates, and ensuring accuracy of guest folios, while providing friendly front desk service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of accounting or night audit experience, knowledge of a PMS, and a High School Diploma or GED. This full-time, on-site position requires night, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounting or night audit experience.
• Knowledge of PMS (property management system).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Assist front desk with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Perform cash handling and bank drops.
• Maintain organized Front Desk area for shifts.
• Monitor security cameras and lobby conditions.
• Work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
