Responsibilities

• Monitors volume to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Ensures guest problems/complaints are handled courteously and effectively.
• Performs the night Audit for date roll and system updates.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel, community, and events to assist guests.
