Comfort Inn & Suites Greeley Night Auditor is responsible for managing front desk operations during the overnight shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role ensures accurate daily financial transactions, prepares the hotel for the next day, and delivers exceptional guest service, security, and emergency response.

The position requires reconciling revenue, closing end-of-day, balancing accounts, and handling late-night check-ins, reservations, and wake-up calls while coordinating with the morning team.

Mansioni

• Reconcile all daily departmental revenue and expense transactions against supporting documentation.
• Run the PMS end-of-day sequence to close out the business day and distribute daily reports.
• Balance cash, credit card, and ledger accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Provide prompt, courteous guest service for late-night check-ins/outs and reservations.
• Process and confirm late-night and future reservations; manage a hotel bank and end-of-shift balances.
• Perform regular security walks and address emergencies; monitor key control and guest safety.
• Prepare arrival lists, key packets, review reservations for next day; deliver accurate wake-up calls.
• Communicate a detailed overnight report to the morning shift.
