Job summary

InnVentures LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to work overnight hours, supervising the hotel and reconciling daily transactions to ensure accuracy, while delivering courteous guest service. The role emphasizes attention to detail, cash handling, and cross-shift communication.

The ideal candidate has prior overnight or night audit experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
