Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or related hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete End of Day and Night Audit processes with accuracy.
• Perform overnight Front Office tasks: check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest requests.
• Prepare audit and operational reports and logs.
• Conduct property and security walks and maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare guest areas for morning operations and handle last-minute requests.
• Address guest concerns and emergencies with sound judgment.
• Communicate relevant information to management and incoming staff.
• Adhere to brand standards, safety procedures, and professional conduct.
• Complete nightly duties and any additional operational tasks.
