This active overnight role covers Night Audit, Front Office operations, guest service, and preparation for the following business day, guided by a structured nightly checklist.

The position requires accuracy, independence, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule of 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete End of Day and Night Audit processes with accuracy.
• Handle overnight Front Office functions: check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest requests.
• Prepare and maintain audit and operational reports and logs.
• Conduct property and security walks to maintain a safe hotel environment.
• Prepare guest and public areas for morning operations and address guest concerns.
