Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a reliable Night Auditor to manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and complete daily financial and operational tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office and reservation systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous night audit or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk overnight check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer calls and online inquiries promptly.
• Handle guest requests including tours or restaurant reservations.
• Process payments and issue keys.
• Prepare daily shift reports and reconcile guest ledger.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform light cleaning and restocking.
• Other duties as assigned.
