Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Answer phones promptly with accurate information.
• Resolve member concerns with courteous problem-solving.
• Maintain club cleanliness during the shift.
• Process payments and provide receipts and change.
• Promote products and promotions to members.
• Provide information on policies and procedures in a clear, customer-friendly way.
• Support team with rotating overnight schedule.
