Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and finalize daily summaries.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally in the quiet overnight environment.
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries with attention to accuracy.
• Keep information secure and confidential as the daily close steward.
