Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle check-in/check-out and answer guest calls while maintaining service standards.
• Process currency exchange and payments; balance and post to guest accounts.
• Operate PMS and ensure system security; print and audit daily reports.
• Balance bank and verify that all transactions are recorded accurately.
