Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and efficient operations. Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED with 2 years of Rooms Division management experience.
• Computer skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience with hotel information systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Front Office staff and oversee overnight operations.
• Maintain knowledge of all Front Office policies, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Prepare departmental financial and payroll forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Monitor guest comments and departmental security of public areas.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and facilitate strategic planning for the department.
