Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred, with at least 1 year at the front desk.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify guests' credit and determine payment method.
• Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations and issue room keys.
• Balance end-of-shift and complete shift checklist.
• Handle guest questions and process payments and charges.
