Job summary

Shamin Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor to perform end-of-day accounting, process checks-in/check-out, and respond to overnight guest requests. You will audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities while serving guests with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires 1–2 years in hotel front desk or night audit, strong customer service, and basic financial skills. Applicants should be ready to work overnights and weekends, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service skills required.
• Financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures and prepare audit reports.
• Balance cash receipts and daily audit activity.
• Verify wake-up call status and respond to guest requests.
• Act as Front Office team member and manager on duty at night.
• Assist PBX operator during audit shift.
• Support breakfast areas as needed.
