Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to perform end-of-day accounting, reconcile daily activity, and assist late-night guests with check-ins and requests. The role includes auditing, balancing cash, and acting as a Guest Service representative during the night hours.

You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, coordinating with the front desk team and management to ensure smooth overnight operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in hotel or front desk roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and numerical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily revenue.
• Handle late-night guest needs and check-ins/outs.
• Act as the PBX operator and as manager on duty during night shift.
• Provide warm, friendly guest service and ensure safety and security.
