Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service skills required.
• Financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform all audit procedures daily as directed by the hotel and company.
• Prepare and submit audit reports and reconcile daily financial activities.
• Balance cash receipts and audit shift transactions.
• Assist guests with late-night check-ins/check-outs and requests.
• Act as guest service representative and manager on duty during night hours.
• Attend front office meetings and participate in cross-training as needed.
