Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to perform end-of-day accounting and overnight front desk duties. You will assist late-night guests with check-ins/outs, audit and balance daily activities, and act as a guest service representative and manager on duty during night hours.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1–2 years in hotel front desk or night audit, with strong customer service and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree, and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
• 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer Service Skills required.
• Financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs end-of-day audit procedures and overnight front desk duties.
• Assists late-night guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Audits, reconciles, and balances daily financial activities.
• Verifies wake-up calls and handles related requests.
• Balances cash receipts and prepares the front office for the next shift.
• Acts as Guest Service representative and manager on duty during night hours.
• Attends front office meetings and participates in training.
