Job summary

Home 2 Tru Miami Airport South Blue Lagoon is seeking a courteous Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to ensure guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. You will register arrivals, post charges, and address guest questions while upholding Brand Standards.

As needed, you may assume the overnight Person in Charge (PIC) role, coordinating with hotel departments to fulfill requests, upsell services, and maintain accurate cash handling and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Prior front desk experience preferred; strong customer service skills acceptable.
• Bilingual Spanish & English preferred, depending on market.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with warm hospitality and follows brand standards.
• Registers guests efficiently at check-in, processes payments, and posts charges.
• Posts transactions to guest and master accounts and reconciles balances.
• Coordinates delivery of guest services with other hotel departments and external vendors.
• Handles check-out procedures accurately and answers guest questions.
• Upsells services to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
