Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Seattle is seeking an Overnight Host/Night Audit to support a three-hotel cluster: Hyatt Olive 8, Hyatt Regency Seattle, and Grand Hyatt Seattle. The role balances nightly operations, greets guests, handles check-ins/outs on the third shift, and ensures accurate audit procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in an overnight environment.
• Open availability for overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience working across three distinct Hyatt properties is a plus.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Candidates should be able to work independently during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check-ins and checkouts on the overnight shift.
• Assist guests with requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance the night’s work and prepare audit reports.
• Collaborate with three Hyatt properties as needed.
