Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to maximize revenue and deliver outstanding guest service during the overnight shift 11pm-7am. You will handle reservations, manage guest accounts, and assist with check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with accounting principles preferred.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Ability to learn hotel systems and perform data entry accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and guest accounts accurately.
• Assist in check-in and check-out and resolve guest issues.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily reports as required (Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports).
• Audit, reconcile, and transmit credit card transactions timely.
• Cross-train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
