Job summary

Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking an Overnight Host/Night Audit to join our Front Office team. You will handle night audit procedures, balance daily transactions, and ensure accuracy, while also greeting guests during the overnight shift.

You will work across three properties in the cluster and provide attentive, friendly service on the third shift. Strong communication and independent working skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in an overnight environment.
• Open availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to support three distinct Hyatt properties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute night audit procedures and reports.
• Balance the day’s work and identify/correct errors.
• Greet guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs on the third shift.
• Attend to guest requests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Work independently and perform other duties as assigned.
