Dream Downtown in New York, part of Hyatt Hotels, is seeking a Guest Service Agent - Overnight to deliver attentive, courteous service and memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the first and last impression of the hotel, respond quickly to requests, and uphold Hyatt's culture of care while maintaining standards across front desk operations.

Ideal candidates enjoy hospitality, can multitask, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Flexible schedule including AM, PM, Weekends, Holidays, and potentially overnight.
• Light work – up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions.

Responsabilidades

• Be the expert for guests about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be knowledgeable of rates, packages, promotions, and in-house groups and inventory.
