Job summary

Loews Vanderbilt Hotel is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out. You will greet guests, assign rooms, handle payments, and promote hotel services in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role requires standing for long periods and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in hospitality and familiarity with Opera PMS are preferred to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred in hotel hospitality.
• Experience with Property Management System (Opera) preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
