Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. You’ll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management in a quiet overnight setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Hotel experience is a plus, with a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience encouraged.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.
• Audit guest accounts, reconcile day’s transactions, and prepare night audit reports.
• Assist guests with late check-ins and check-outs and address inquiries.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
• Potential to advance within hospitality roles across the organization.
