Job summary

HVMG is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. You will assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management in a quiet, overnight setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus hotel experience is a plus.
• Experience in a similar or related position is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.
• Audit guest accounts, reconcile day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management.
• Assist guests with late check-ins and checkouts as needed.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller and follow policies.
