HVMG is seeking a meticulous Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. You will assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports for management in a quiet overnight setting.

The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Prior hotel experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts and reconcile day’s transactions during overnight hours.
• Process night audit reports and assist with late check-ins/outs.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
