HVMG is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. You will assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management in a quiet, overnight setting.

The role requires good organizational skills, trustworthiness, and the ability to work independently. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a nationwide hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year hotel experience preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts and reconcile nightly transactions.
• Process night audit reports and assist with late check-ins/checkouts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support management reporting.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
