Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. You will assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management in a quiet overnight setting.

Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and capable of working independently. Hotel experience is a plus, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position preferred.
• Combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts and reconcile daily transactions.
• Process night audit reports and assist with guest check-ins/outs.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
