You will reconcile transactions, audit guest accounts, assist with late check-ins/checkouts, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently in a quiet, overnight setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Combination of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the key to our hotel's financial accuracy during the overnight hours, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly.
• Your daily tasks will include auditing guest accounts, processing night audit reports, and assisting with guest check-ins and checkouts.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
• A career as a night auditor can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a position in hotel accounting or finance.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• A combination of education and experience
