Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting at our Atlanta property.

You will reconcile transactions, audit guest accounts, assist with late check-ins/checkouts, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently in a quiet, overnight setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or one year hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.
• Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and reconcile transactions.
• Assist with late check-ins and checkouts and report to Front Office Manager/Director of Finance.
