ROOST White House, part of Method Co., is seeking a calm, attentive Overnight Front Desk Concierge to support our guests and property during overnight hours. You are the primary overnight point of contact, ensuring the safety, comfort, and a seamless guest experience while maintaining a polished, professional presence.

This role suits someone who excels in guest service, communicates clearly, and can handle both hospitality tasks and light overnight operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in front desk or concierge in hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest-focused demeanor.
• Capable of staying composed during overnight shifts.
• Basic proficiency with front-office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries during overnight hours
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns
• Monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm overnight environment
• Conduct property walkthroughs and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Handle overnight phone calls, emails, and guest communications
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and nightly reports
• Support light administrative tasks and prepare materials for the morning team
• Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed
