Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in-room supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols.
• Support laundry operations as needed.
• Uphold a warm, professional, guest-focused demeanor at all times
