Responsibilities

• Monitor front desk operations during overnight hours and maintain a visible presence.
• Welcome all guests, assist with sign-in, and announce guests to staff or residents.
• Monitor the community through rounds to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to resident requests or concerns in a timely manner.
• Handle emergency situations by following procedures and notifying the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain incident and activity logs.
