Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage sign-in procedures.
• Assist residents and families with transportation and information requests.
• Answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries.
• Coordinate emergency communications and stay alert for safety.
• Maintain lobby areas and monitor common spaces.
• Handle mail, packages, and update emergency contact lists.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and stamping.
• Promote community events to residents and guests.
• Notify supervisor when supplies need ordering.
