PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Desk Attendant to maintain a secure, welcoming front desk at a dorm-style student housing community during business hours. This role emphasizes receiving and managing deliveries and supporting resident inquiries.

You will greet visitors, log deliveries, enforce access protocols, and report issues to appropriate staff. Overnight shifts with weekend/holiday coverage are required, and reliability, calm demeanor, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay alert throughout the shift.
• Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately in a quiet but occasionally urgent environment.
• Previous experience in residential, security, or front desk roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage front desk during midday or overnight hours.
• Receive and log package and food deliveries.
• Greet visitors and ensure proper sign-in following access protocols.
• Provide assistance to residents with minor questions or concerns.
• Maintain calm, professional presence to promote safety and order.
• Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete nightly logs and hand off relevant information to daytime staff if applicable.
